Cardholders can view transactions, billing statements, and pay their bill online through JPMorgan’s PaymentNet. Cardholders will need the user ID and organization ID provided by the program administrator. JPMorgan will email a temporary password to the cardholder once online access has been granted by the program administrator.
Log into PaymentNet https://www.paymentnet.jpmorgan.com
To view transactions
- select manage under the transactions main menu
To view your statement
- select statements on the main menu
- select the statement date from the billing date drop down menu
- select download statement
To view your authorizations / declines
- Select transactions under the accounts main menu
- select authorizations / declines
To pay your bill
- Select create under the payments main menu
- To set up a new bank account
- Select My Profile on the top right side of screen
- Select Bank Information tab
- Select Add Bank
- To change an existing payment select manage under the payments main menu
- To set up a new bank account
