A student’s account is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Student Accounting office will speak only with the student about their account unless the student has provided authorization to discuss their account with another person.
Students: Can view and pay billing statements on-line via WebSTAC. This feature can be found under Billing & Bear Bucks | Pay/View My Bill. Students may also grant permissions to another authorized person, such as a parent here.
Parents/Authorized Persons: Can access billing statements, view transactions, and make payments if authorized by the student via CASHNet.
