The Cost Analysis Office provides oversight to ensure the true costs of mission‑critical activities are understood and recovered in accordance with applicable requirements and policies.

We partner with schools, departments, and labs to:

  • Develop and maintain the university’s Facilities & Administrative Proposal (F&A)
  • Support recharge centers and Specialized Service Facilities (SSFs) 
  • Coordinate the annual space survey that is used for internal and external allocations.
  • Interpret Uniform Guidance and other sponsor rules and translate them into practical guidance.
  • Answer questions about allowable costs, cost allocation, and consistency.
