Student charges can include tuition, course and lab fees, housing, and meal plan. These charges are posted prior to the beginning of each academic period.
Students can find financial information on the Financials Hub on their homepage. Under My Financials, select View Account Activity. See all transactions for the student account under Transaction Summary. View when charges are due under the Due Now Details tab. Charges are due in full by the due dates shown in the Financials Hub. After that date, there could be a 2% late fee added to the account each month.
Undergraduate and Graduate Activity fees support student groups to develop engaging and unique activities, programs, and initiatives on campus.
WashU has a student health and wellness fee designed to improve the health and wellness of the entire WashU community. This fee is different from the health insurance charge. The Student Health and Wellness fee provides access to health and wellness facilities and programming on campus, like the clinics and gym. For more information, please visit Student Health Services.
The Student Accounting office complies with FERPA and will only discuss an account with the student, and any friends and family users the student has authorized.
