Direct Deposit

The university offers free direct deposit to all employees and non employees that receive a paycheck or stipend. Funds can be deposited into as many as ten accounts and these accounts can be at different financial institutions.

To enroll in direct deposit or to make changes to existing accounts sign on to Employee Self Service and click on Payroll & Compensation > Direct Deposit. If you don’t have access to Employee Self Service please complete the direct deposit authorization form.

What you need to know about direct deposit

  • Banking information that you provide is not verified with your bank prior to your first direct deposit. To avoid delays in receiving your funds be sure to double check the banking information you enter.
  • Individuals who sign up for direct deposit can review their advice statement in Employee Self Service. Paper advice statements will not be issued.
  • Any reimbursement due to you from Accounts Payable will automatically be made via direct deposit to your Net Pay deposit account.
  • New direct deposit and changes to existing accounts will be effective the next pay period, however due to timing of our payroll deadlines this is not guaranteed.
